Blank Notes provides a notes application that can be used to take notes. The Service includes access to notes, templates, and related features as described on our website.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plan Options

• • Free Plan: Includes unlimited pages and notes and limited template usage (5 template applications or refreshes in total)
• • Plus Plan: Includes unlimited pages and notes and unlimited template usage

4.2 Billing and Payments

• • Payments are processed through Stripe
• • Available billing cycles: monthly
• • Subscriptions can be managed through the Stripe Customer Portal

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Compliance

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• • Engage in excessive or unnatural usage of the Service
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

6. User Content and Data Rights

6.1 Compliance

You retain all rights to your notes and other content you create through the Service.

6.2 License

You grant Blank Notes a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal.

8.3 Termination by Blank Notes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• • Suspicious or unauthorized account activity
• • Non-payment of fees
• • Excessive or unnatural usage

8.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• • Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• • All user data will be deleted
• • No refunds will be provided

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLANK NOTES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website.
